What we set up together

AMS setup and data structure, intake form to AMS wiring, speed-to-lead texting, renewal reminders, quoting bridge basics. A working stack for roughly $350–450/month.

The stack, named plainly: Momentum AMP (NowCerts) as the AMS, GoHighLevel as the CRM, Twilio for phones and SMS, n8n as the automation layer. Setting up from scratch, migrating off Vertafore or AMS360 for better automation, or already on this stack and want more out of it? Any of those works. If a switch doesn't make sense for you, I'll say so.

How a session works.

STEP 1
Book it
Tell me where you are: launching, moving off another AMS, or already up and running and want more from your stack.
STEP 2
We build, live
45 to 60 minutes on a screen-share, setting up or fixing one real piece of your stack. You keep everything we build.
STEP 3
Free if public, paid if private
Free if I can publish it. I write it up, or clip the recording, as a case study, named or anonymized, your call. Want it kept private? That's a paid session instead.
STEP 4
What happens after
Nothing, unless you want more. Some agencies take the setup and run. Some come back for bigger builds later. Both are fine.
